We are facing a new real estate market. Therefore we must try new things. One of the new things I am trying is this blog space. Here I hope to explain and educate consumers on some of the ways that the market works. Many consumers do not understand that the market is a living, breathing, constantly changing entity. Competition and free market are vital to those changes. We would need a crystal ball to predict what the market will do next.  Each of us tries to watch carefully what is happening and how we best need to respond to those challenges.

I also plan to share some personal information. Don’t worry. not a lot of personal stuff. Every now and then something will strike me that I think needs to be shared. Maybe you will appreciate it, learn from it, or be inspired by it.
